| COMMUNITY AGREEMENT: A) We take reasonable precautions to protect your personal information that we receive from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. B) We implement reasonable policies and procedures to ensure that personal information is kept only for the purposes for which it has been gathered. C) We do not share your personal information with anyone outside of D2Stations in any form and term of communication conditions. D) After you have placed an order, we may be in communication with you about your information or any other matter relating to your order. Those communications are essential to our relationship with you and to our ability to provide you with quality service. E) If you sign up for our Customer Distribution & Enquiries Program or D2Stations Platinum Membership Program, you email address is added to a bulk email list. This list is not shared in any way with any other party, individuals or companies outside of D2Stations. This list is used internally at D2Stations to periodically contact you about specials and sales. Only email addresses that are voluntarily submitted are included in the CDEP & D2Stations Platinum Membership list. You can be removed from the club distribution masterlist at anytime. Simply email us and make the request to be removed. F) At any time D2Stations is sending a bulk sales and promotions email, we will include all the email addresses in BCC column to ensure all Customer's emails are secured and keep in high security and confidential level. G) Only those D2Stations employees that have a legitimate business purpose for accessing and handling personal information obtained by us are given authorization to do so. The unauthorized access or use of such information by a D2Stations employee is prohibited and constitutes grounds for disciplinary action or immediate termination of employment in the Company. H) D2Stations Employment Act (Specification No. D2S-MP-0005 D2Stations - Standard of Business Conduct Corporate Guidelines) enforces to all staffs and employees (either full time or contract staff) to sign-off D2Stations Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (D2S-BU-0001-F1) to prevent the Company and external customers top-secrets or sensitive informations are being leak out instinctively.
